The original site had the content — listings, filters, a blog, social proof — but the visual language undercut everything. The hero dumped three property categories directly onto a full-bleed photo with no hierarchy. The listings grid was indistinguishable from a property portal. Impressive stats were buried on a washed-out background in a layout that read as a generic template. Seven floating social icons cluttered the right edge of every page. The forest green palette had potential but was applied flatly, with no contrast or intentional weight.

The brief I set for myself: bring the brand in line with how international luxury real estate agencies present — Christie's, Knight Frank — while staying rooted in Nairobi.

I replaced the heavy navbar with a compact floating pill nav, decluttered and modern. The hero was rebuilt around a single editorial headline — "Property, without guesswork." — with dark cinematic photography and a clear CTA. Stats moved into a clean light section where the numbers could land properly. The listings page got structured property cards with a real filter bar. The individual listing page was designed around one job: getting a serious buyer to request a viewing.

Forest green was kept as the brand anchor but used with restraint — nav, CTAs, price badges — letting the photography and typography carry the page.
